Well it depends whether or not the relationship falls under supportive relationship as defined under Florida statute. There are several factors the court considers. Some of the factors are: whether or not the other man is supporting you, the period of time you’ve been residing with the other man in your permanent residence, and whether the two of you have held yourself out as a married couple.
